I did a tapping session with Beatrice the other day and had a deep and wonderful experience that seems to be helping me through a very old (lifelong) issue.

I felt nuances in my energy that softened related to my nocturnal clock and came across ways of consciously navigating it more gracefully and effectively.

The combination of the energetic softening along with a conscious tool or two to continue to work with it are giving me a lot of confidence around being able to accomplish this deep shift I have longed for many years. 

I’m grateful to Beatrice for her thoughtful and compassionate guidance during our session and for her contribution to this shift I’m experiencing.
